Quantum board height

Hello
Could people who are using qb132 tell me what height the have them from top of canopy ? For seedling/clone veg. Flower ? Also if you could include if the height u have them is in a tent or closet or room Thank you

12 to 18 inches from canopy....more from seedlings etc.

Anyone else have any input on height with the quantum board 132v2 ? Just trying to find a decent height for flowering and vegging with them

The height should only be varied to achieve the light distribution with the correct uniformity. Once you have achieved the correct height and uniformity, the intensity can be varied by dimming or boosting the drivers.

If you want to give the plants less light, then you should dim the light. It doesn't make sense to hang the light higher than it needs to be just so you can waste the light on the walls just to get a bit less light on the plants.
