Not a kind , it's a panel . it's another CHINESE Company , they make LED Grow lights with CREE LED Chips .

What, that the emitters can be custom picked? Perhaps, I'm just quoting their website. Could be XPEs or something. There are pics of the front panel on the website but you can't see much. I doubt there would be a pic of a custom array anyway.

Oh, yeah sorry. What sounds unlikely is that you can custom pick the leds. They probably just make one type of circuit board with 1 footprint.
