Pyrethrum Bug Bomb OK to use? - 4 Weeks Flowering

I'm currently growing five long-flowering (55-60 days) ladies who are a little more than four weeks into flowering currently. What I thought was a fungus gnat problem is more than likely a root aphid infestation, as weeks of Go-Gnats has barely made a dent. I also have an on-again off-again spider mite problem that I've been controlling with neem, though not eliminating entirely. Got Azamax from the store to help out, but the root aphids are out of control and I want them gone now, because my plants are dying.

Since I'm four weeks into flowering, would getting a pyrethrum-based bug bomb be a bad idea? I've heard different opinions from different people, on-line and irl, and I'm just hoping I can hear a few more.

Idk if other options are, in fact, considerable options, since root aphids seem to be tough little fuckers to kill, with the neem oil and go-gnats doing nothing.
