Can I edit thread titles? Lol this grow has changed completely. Started with all cfl. Added a shitty hps street lamp. Replaced that with a 600 watt hps. And now I've replaced the cfls in my veg room with a 300 watt full spectrum led. image.jpg

Been following for awhile now and finally noticed I have yet to tell you how great the growing you're doing looks. Finally was able to read through the 3 pages and even like a few comments on hydro.. makes me want to stay even more away from dealing with water. lol

I also like your photos of the different locations of your plants. Near the windows and things like that during the sunny parts of the day. Are some of your plants growing outside?

Thanks man! Appreciate you stoppin by. The plants are all in one location, but im growing in soil so when I water or flush I bring them out and put em in my kitchen sink or bathtub to drain my run off so I dont make a mess of the room I got.. I did just make up some lil tubs with a tap/valve so I can just water right in the room and drain the run off out into something else to dump elsewhere, sink/garden.. like a dwc tub, but its not dwc by any means, just my way of dealing with run off water for now haha.. its a bitch with so many plants in a tight space but keeps me from gettin bored lol.. this is what the set up looks like right now, I dont know if I've posted a picture of it yet.. probly have, but either way, things have changed since this whole thread started.. 300 w led in the veg area now and 600 w hps in the flower plus i just added back the 200 watt cfl in the flower area for supplemental/side lighting..

This is what my room looks like

My lil tub.. got my Super Critical Autos in there right now with a cpl clones.. beside it are the mainlined strawberry and blueberry plants, gonna veg those for another month tops and then put em into flower. & beside those are some NL5 Haze Mist fems and Phatt Fruity fems.

Heres a group shot of whats in flower IMG_3149.JPG

Chocolate Kush - I swear this plant grew like 3 inches between yesterday and today. Im gonna tie down a bunch of these tomorrow.

IMG_3151.JPG

Strawberry Cheesecake - really loving this plant, huge and bushy, nice fruity smell. Got some yellowing leaves already which is kind of odd I think? Were not even thru the stretch yet. You can see the yellow leaves better in the previous pics outside of the room.
IMG_3152.JPG

Cheese - This one and bubblegum have the nicest trich coverage so far, starting to cover some of the fan leaves, cheese is doin best for that.

IMG_3153.JPG

& Bubblegum - I like this one a lot too, nice and bushy like the Strawberry but not quite as big..

IMG_3154.JPG

Those are coffee seeds im patiently awaiting sprouts from next to the plants, fucking things take forever to pop tho..

With these 4 strains currently flowering it has been kind of strange that they have all pretty much maintained the exact same hieight even going thru the stretch, with the exception of the chocolate kush which just exploded in the past couple days..

Oh and finally, 2 mainlined ice wrecks, topped 3 times, and a random kush plant, thrown into flower too make room in the veg area..

Could yellowing be a nitrogen problem? I know at the end of my flowering I posted a shot and it's my plant using up the leaves nitrogen is what I was told.

yea I just didnt think it would happen this quick.. Its supposed to happen at the end of the cycle cuz your not feeding nitrogen anymore so it uses up what it has in reserve and thats why they turn yellow.. but it very well could be a simple nitrogen thing right now. Thats what im thinking as well, just never seen it happen this early, Im only 15 days into flower with these girls

and its only happening on the strawberry cheesecake.. could be that strain just needs lots of nitrogen, who knows, it is the bushiest of them all..

I wouldn't worry. It might be the nutes? Or a spot in the pot it got into and gave it a intake problem? I know on my test plant it would surge through to the upper stuff when I doubled her nute feedings and that looks like it's draining it out.

I'm thinkin it could be the ph as well as nutes. The strawb cheesecake seems to be more sensitive than the others and the ph of my soil was between 4-5 somehow when all the others are Sitting nicely at around 6-6.5. Also the strawberry strain I have in veg is super sensitive to nutes aswell. And heat I've noticed. All my other plants in veg are thriving with the temps and lights but the strawberry strain doesn't seem to like it. Looks like it got some heat stress. Here's a cpl new pics from today. Think I'll have to start a new journal for the Phatt fruitys and nl5 haze's I got in veg too. Everything from the original title will soon be flowering. Hoping to get some ind of perpetual grow going on.

Havent been keeping track of the days very well in this journal but I went back thru pics and checked dates and were at day 20 of 12/12 for the 4 main girls. The 2 icewrecks and random kush have been on 12/12 for 5 days now, no signs of sex yet.

Im also just considering putting everything else into 12/12 with the LED underneath and then finish those under the HPS once room has been cleared out.. Would be kind of nice to see how the LED stacks up against the HPS. although there is alot more going on in the veg area than the flower at this moment.. may have to just put some outside as well.. Im gonna be moving and closing up/re-opening shop in the coming months so have to wrap these up soon as possible it looks like.

I worked out the approx harvest dates for most of the plants in flower and my Icewreck should be ready to chop right on 4/20.. I woulda thought that was waaay cooler about 15 yrs ago but needless to say still pretty dope lol. The bigger of the 2 icewrecks popped out some white pistils today. Her aswell as the mainlined strawberry and blueberry got transplanted into larger pots today. Shoulda seen the roots wrapped around those ones.. Well i guess I shouldve taken a pic lol.. anyways heres a cpl new pics.. I also fucked around with one of the mystery clones and topped all of the lower branches as well and clipped off some fan leaves hoping to send the energy to the new nodes.. I honestly dont know why or what I was doing, kind of like a main-lining/defoliating concept gone wrong.. I dont really care what happens tho.. even if it dies I need the space lol.. I think part of me wants to shock it into producing balls so I can harvest the pollen.. I find breeding seeds really interesting. Hopefully the Icewreck male pollen sacs can be harvested/dried in time to breed with some of the others in flower right now...
As it stands right now ive just been fucking around with an old pk plant that I chopped half off of and then left the rest as an experiment of sorts.. started after reading about rodelization, but then after a bunch of torture and weird light cyles the pk plant started to push out lots of new white pistils.. I've already tried knocking it up with the first ice wreck male but I think I rushed it and didnt let the pollen fully develop/dry, either way i brushed it on and the white hairs have turned brown/died which im pretty sure is a sign they got pollenated, then again i have absolutely NO clue if its possible to pollenate a plant this late in its flower cycle.. the thing is on like day 75 give or take a cpl..
