No idea >< I didn't even realize they had fires Lol. the past 2-3 years I havn't had tv, so I havn't really had a source of news until now.

I went to court This past Thursday, and lucked out....I wasn't on the docket, so it bought me a little extra time! Still havn't started working at the car dealership yet, but I'm patiently waiting, in hopes for the best. Hopefully in the next week or 2 I should be getting a call for orientation, wish me luck!

good luck mannn!! ughhhh. im prayin for ya man. that would be nice if they just kept puting it off.. adn it eventually got continued without a finding. thats wat happened with my case from a while back.. i was 16. and got caught with a pound and baggies and a scale. knife.. thats it tho. but they fucked me with the school zones.. my town has ALOT of schools. adn i was right in the middle of town. and got hit with 6 school zones... lol. but sumhow beat the case. =) i represented myself.. and as teh cops were giving the report... i noticed a feww errors in their report... as far as finding more weed on me.. findin weed bagged up... and the knife being too big... lol. soo wen the judge askewd me if i had anything to say about the case.. i was like oo well they said this this and this. but thats not true. this is wat really happened.... lol. and the judged looked over at the cops.. and they were scrambling thru the paper/reports.. and were like oo ummm..errr.. yeaa he is right. we didnt find this this and that... lol. the judge started laughing and asked if there was anything else the cops were lying to him about... hahaha. anywayz.. the coop told me to stay outta trouble. and not to get caught up in anything like this again. and how he rarely gives out many 2nd chances.. bla bla bla... lol.

funny i was wondering how ya were doing as well.. its good it keeps gettin pushed back.. thats always a good sign.. probably givin u time to maybe slip up. and theyll put u away.. but if u keep ur nose clean... may drop ur sentence completely.. and at least drop it down to probation.. good luck man. be sur to keep us posted!!

Hey psychild how ya doing! Good luck in court keep your head high

So I went to court Wednesday, since the slip they gave me said to be there on the 12th...Once I got there they said I was supposed to be there on the 14th ><. So Friday I woke up again and drove down to the city I had to go to court in, and waited for 2-3 hrs. They called my name, and my attorney kinda chuckled a little and said they're gonna drop your cultivation charge, and make you plead guilty to your DWI. I was like O.O WHAT!?!?!? Lol so I went from a 5 year Felony, to a 90 day Misdemeanor suspended to a year probation, along with some bs classes, and major fines. Best thing about it is my probation officer is an hour away from me, so basically I'm on unsupervised probation. My license will be suspended for a year, but hopefully I'll be alright. I drive pretty safe, and avoid police situation, I have since learned from my DWI, and am doing my best to stay out of trouble. So, until I get a drug test from the p.o, I will be smoking. &#8730;

I'll be opening a new thread soon with an indoor grow I'm gonna start. It won't be weed plants, since I'm on probation and don't really see the reward being worth the consequences, but I will be having an indoor veggie grow &#8730;.

Thanks for all of you who have been involved in my grows, and who have helped me so much in my journey of life, and knowledge of plants. The prayers were answered, and I'm in the clear-ish.

Good to hear man. I know that were you are they hang ya if you grow a plant. The fucking dui charge will be with you the rest of your life though don't kid yourself....life ins,renting cars, going to other countries, it seems the list just goes on and on. I got one 5 yrs ago and it's still fuking me in the ass.

Meh, I feel you....I wish I didn't have to go with the DWI. But, even though the DWI will haunt me for a while, a felony would haunt me for the rest of my life. Atleast DWI only effects driving situations, and not jobs. Around my parts, once your a felon you can pretty much count on never finding a job again.....atleast for a good 2-3 years. And I mean that's Mcdonald's and Taco Bell included.

Are you going to do any interesting experiments with your vegetable grow?

Dunno, I haven't really put much thought in it. Maybe some sort of indoor vert scrog for tomatoes? Figure I could have 2 plants growing on each side wall of a closet with some CFL's spread out everywhere. Not quite sure yet, anyone have some ideas on other veggies to grow? Never been a huge veggie eater, but plenty of family are, and I'm down to try something new &#8730;

I have done a salsa garden indoors, it's fun! Tomatoes, chives, cilantro, and chile peppers (Serranos). I keep indoor gardens of something (basil and catnip usually), it's good for the soul to cultivate.
