Proposition prop 215 - 2011 may - Fresno, Clovis, Fresno County, Calif CA California
I've called the PD, sheriffs, DA, and NARC sergeants in these towns Fresno, Clovis, Fresno County, took names and times called. For 4 months.
Most of the time there MIA, Missing In Action. Don't return there phone calls, never in there office, never answer the phone.
( office techs, answer services, or ignorant to laws personel are omitted).
They claim they have no idea what there enforcing on prop 215 build codes or structure laws, they just bust the public hoping nobody really knows.
Law enforcement keeping the law Vague and ambigeus, so they can do there dirty work- ** above the law cops - violating peoples civil right
These agency's can not " define what there enforcing on prop 215 build codes or structure " .
As for Prop 215 describes a Vague and ambiguous structure with a locked door?
These agency's will force you to have a phone number( a phone Required or Your not entitled to PD or sheriffs help in these towns, gov malice - try to report anything , no phone - no go - A FED VIOLATION ) so they can play phone tag with the public in malice, when they call back there numbers are always spoofed, hidden , and there the tax payed government agency that is supposed to have a working phone number. When they call back, if they do... they are nasty mouthed and say nothing of the stock issue question prop 215 . So why do they call back harassing the public playing phone tag??? unknown malice agenda.
So my next Question to them on the phone is if you do not know what the law is by defining parts of it when asked, then how can you enforce the law, you must just go around arresting the public malice then, can you explain this, and of course they have no valid info for there phone call they make to you, so they hang-up after being nasty mouthed to the public . That's Gov harassment at it finest.
Passed history - the County of Fresno, has be sued many times for being stupid like this in several aspect of law. Conditions are that the Compensated party is not say anything of the case, So nobody hears of it , and Fresno County go's broke over and over.
Names of officers can not be compromised at this time.
