Problem

That kind of looks like a hermaphrodite plant to me... I'm not 100% but those look like nanners or pollen sacks all over. Wait until someone else confirms this though, I am not an expert. The reeeaaally strange thing though is that they are purple/ almost brown looking pollen sacks.
Either this is an incredibly uniquely colored strain, or you got something fucked up here. I've never seen any sort of nute burn like that. The purple stems can be a potassium or calmag deficiency, but often times that is just the strain.
Wish I could be of more help.

You fed it bloom nutes yet?
Soil?
Nutes? What kind and how much?
Water? How often and what kind? Does it have a softener on the water? Kind of looks like salt poisoning.

Soil? What kind?

Light?

Temps?

Humidity?

Thanks for the reply some more info for me to figure it out
There is nothing to worry about, if they are just dead old revegged flower. Just pick them off as they die. It makes sense that it is happening at the bottom of the plant where the old flowers would have been. The rest of your plant looks great.
