probably a stupid question...but I've got some "late" seeds...

Well, I ordered 10 seeds, and only 6 came up. I ordered from ILGM, and they had no problem replacing them, but I won't get them in until next week or later. We usually plant seeds around early March, and my question is: is it too late to plant them (I'm in the deep south), or should I wait until next year? One of the strains isn't due to mature until November when planted normally. We usually get our first freeze around late November, or later. Do the plants have a chance? Two of the plants from the new seeds are due to mature in October.... Just want to check. I'm going to be short of much needed medicine if I don't get a full crop, so if I possibly can get them to get to maturity, I'll try.
As usual, thanks!!!

You build a cover that puts the plant in the dark to simulate late season sun :)

It will force the plant to bloom whenever you want. But you have to do it every day unti the Real sun cycle is similar or till it gets too cold :)

Thanks. I'll give it a try. :D And, you're right....not many stupid questions, especially if you need an answer. I really appreciate it.

Plant them when you get them. They'll start flowering when the others do based on daylight hours. They won't get as big since the others have a head start.
I was wondering about that, too. At least from your answers, I have a chance!!! :hump:
