Probability of getting caught shipping weed through this method? And consequences?

EVERYTHING I SAY IS HYPOTHETICAL

If someone were to use this method to ship weed domestically, what are the chances of getting caught?

1. Vacuum seal small amount of weed (1/4 ounce max)
2. Bag it again just for safe measures.
3. Stuff it in a container filled with coffee grounds.
4. Wrap it like a birthday present, label it, etc.
5. Box it and mail it.
6. Label the box with "Birthday present / Fragile / Handle carefully" or something.

I've recently been very interested in how shipping weed would look like through this method, and I'm wondering if they would look through the package and rip the wrapping, open the coffee container, etc. and what the consequences would be if they did?

Little bits are nothing to worry about? Just make sure you wash the fuck out your hands. Lot of dogs at postal inspection points. I know a guy had 15k seized. Only thing different he did was lay the package on his table after a smoking sesh.

Don't overwrap it. That's a indicator

Wear new gloves.
Hypothetically insert alleged substance into container.
Swap old gloves for new gloves.
Seal container.
Clean container.
Also no signature required for drop off. If worse comes to worse and the mailman ask for a sig they can decline it and say they didn't order and aren't expecting any packages and to send it back. In the very off chance it gets discovered and the pigs want to make an example and stuff.

if you wear gloves for absolutely everything what goes into the package and write down a false return address theres no way it can be traced back to you right? and if the receiver gets caught he could just act clueless and it say it must be from his crazy ex girlfriend or something lolol anybody can send you anything at anytime without you asking for it.

good luck with your hypothetical situation lol

loaf of bread, a jar of jelly and a jar of peanut butter, card signed Love Mom

put the herb in the peanut butter (sealed in a bag of course)

folks do it all the time

Coffee grounds won't do shit to prevent detection. Drug dogs detect individual odors. We smell chicken soup, they smell chicken, carrots, onion, and celery. If your package gets sniffed, the dog smells coffee and beta caryophyllene, which is the (water insoluble) terpene they're trained on. Save yourself the trouble and focus on preventing the smell from leaking through.

Ppl I know used to vac seal the substance, then put it in another vac bag, add some dish soap , enough so you can spread out a little layer over the other bag, then vac seal the second bag. Get what I'm saying? They swore the liquid layer threw off dogs
