is it possable to just pick all the balls off or do they grow back again? and do they intermingle with the female parts for hard to pick areas??

Yes. If you keep plucking every single one you see then you should be ok. Yeah you likley to still get some seed but the better you continue inspect the plant an remove the balls the less seed you will get
