pressure cookers are cheap, stop making excuses

Decided to go to the second hand store today. Like always, they had pressure cookers, 3 of them this time. I picked this one up for $7. The other one I have was $10 from a different second hand store.

All you need to do is make sure they have a rubber seal, a safty valve and the weight and you should be in business. One this size can hold 3 pt jars which is why I got it. Now I can do 6 at a time untill I can afford a big one

i go to lots of yard sales etc and have seen them used but my gut reaction says no. the majority may work fine for years but they only have to fail once, but WTF do i know.

Another great find at salvation army, my biggest one so far for $10. Can hold 4 pt jars or two qt jars.

That's my next step is buying one of them big ass ones, then I don't have to Fuck around running 3 pressure cookers which can drive u nuts with how loud they are together lol
