Anyone got recommendations for these, or at the very least just one with a timer so i can do 12/12 or 18/6 or something (for everything on the strp)?
need 10 total drivers for a room so ideally 2 strips :)

Take a look at sonoff thread here on Riu. It is a programmable timer, that you can also set or change remote with WiFi. You can use a multichannel model.Do you need to control every single driver independently or you can group it?

Yepp! A Sonoff 4CH Controller can handle 4x 10A, each channel has its own timer, controlable with ewelink app via wifi connection. And really cheap, you can get one for less than 20$.
Sonoffs are also available as TH10 or TH16 with temp/humidy sensor or as Sonoff POW with power usage calculator.
Best of all, they're all between $ 5 and $ 20, which makes them much cheaper than other home automation solutions.

i generally just need to group it, does individual timing help? can't think of a use case for a room of lights regarding this

Sonoff 4 ch has 4 channel. Each channel can be controlled indivually. If you need to have 4 different timing, than go with 4 channel. If you have same timing schedule for all driver than take basic model with 1 channel in common for every driver.Consider also if max wattage of your system is too much for 1 sonoff (1500 w or 2500w depending on model)
