Outdoors is a bitch im sure. Peroxide works but needs to be reapplied to often. And yes milk does make em stink expecially in a drought. The girls do like the extra CA. though. Im indoors 100% now. Havent had pm since i swiched over. My product of choice is kinda expensive. Nuke Em. Its active ingrediant is citric acid.
