Pot lollipop question

I wanted to make pot lollipops but i dont have a candy thermometer. Can i still do it without one? Or would it f**k up if it got to hot or wasnt hot enough?

Anyone......?

You can do this if you don't have a thermometer. But use a double boiler cause this can burn real easy.

id say no to the crock pot.. double boiler is crucial. because like the man said, it burns REAL easy.
