What can I post on here in reference to my business without being deleted?

Given that my post was deleted I would like to know what I can post and avoid upsetting anyone.

we dont allow people to advertise for free nor do we allow users to look for testers etc.
if youre interested in advertising please go to "advertise here" found at the top bar.
if youre not, we welcome you as just a user here to use our forum

I am only looking for testers in the capacity that, the product with the Pi 3 is not a fully realized product that is glitch free, so people would need to expect that there may be glitches still.

For further clarification, I can make posts/threads talking about my product and price, as long as I am also willing to pay for banner adds and the like?

you cannot use our forums for your products and prices, unless you are a paid advertiser
it doesnt matter if your product is not consumer ready , we just cant have be liable for users who are doing that on here. sorry

No need to apologize. This is exactly why I made a post to get clarification about the best way to proceed.

shit bro if beta testers r what your looking for why not talk to a grow supply or dispensary, have them put u in touch with people they know to be the real deal "serious growers"

that's how I ended up with my dual spectrum 600hps/600mh about 10 years ago, those of us who accepted the lights agreed to allow the company techs into our op's to monitor performance & I got 6 free lights :)

That is what I am going to be working on tomorrow.

However, I am not in the position to offer people any free lights at this point in time. It just so happens that our price point completely blows anyone else out of the water, and I would be willing to work with people at a whole sale price. Would not need to allow anyone in... all the data could be monitored remotely.

The kind of beta testers I would be looking for are not so much to check out if the light works, I know it works, I have test results and grow studies proving the lights work. The people I am looking for are people that have a technology/software/coding background to work on testing out the version of the light with the integrated Raspberry Pi 3 controller. More then ready for some one with the right background, not ready for a new grower with no tech experience to have a good plug and play experience.

well, those of us chosen to be beta testers were far from " new growers" wanting free stuff,we were all accomplished growers in different grow styles with one common denominator, everybody chosen had large scale high production facilities, and years of harvest weight data to use as comparisons against dual spectrum lighting.

if I had to pay for the 6 lights I would have left the hps in place, its a shit ton of work tearing down a running grow op,rewiring for new ballast locations, reworking cooling systems & timers etc.

its your business bro but for me,as a professional grower, there is no way I'd tear down my guaranteed yield grow op,then replace the systems with an unknown variable which could change quality or harvest weights, then pay the cost for the privledge of doing the beta tests by buying the gear.

even if RIU allowed I doubt there'd be any takers for that deal, out of curiosity exactly what is in it for the beta testers, the betas absorb the cost of the gear, they absorb the cost of retrofitting the grow, and take huge chances with their product, can you point to what I'm missing here because I see nothing of value for the people willing to beta testers, growing is a business like any other & I've never seen a business willing to pay to be beta test subjects, help me out here if you will & explain " what the betas get out of the deal".

thanks in advance
