You guys are silly. No, you will be prosecuted. You guys haven't proved anything at all. If you are seeking legal advice on a forum, because you are too ignorant to look up the law yourself, and have a total of two posts because you are here today gone tomorrow, that's the kind of person you want to do business with, great...glad you kids want to destroy an awesome thing WA state has going for it. Yeah, man, f--- the law, it's not like it's there to protect you or anything. You CAN ONLY HAVE 15 plants per patient per member of the collective garden. Collective gardening laws were put in place to kick douches like the guy who started the post out of the business. He has no regard for the law. He said so. You guys are ALL being childish. I'm not taking sides, but if I had to, I'd side with the guy who obviously knows what he's talking about. It doesn't take a smart person to read the law and understand it. I hope you get a lawyer who can plead a case to save all your asses if you are not in compliance. Judges will not simply toss the case because the law isn't explicit enough for you, a layman, to read, whether (s)he even attempted to do so will not save you. 15. 15 plants. 15/patient. It's not hard. Work with it, stop trying to make a mint with the legal way, go guerilla if you want to make money.

I am in no way shape or form condoning any illegal activities, my post is 100% for research only.
You sound like sevenhourworkweek, And to think any of us are Kids? I have been growing for over 12 years now. Once you spend the time i've spent in this stuff let me know. Tell then keep being a douche so we can all brand you as well.. Markets won't get saturated over one grower and IF it does.. Man up and grow some better shit to take that back.. And illegal? not once have any of us mentioned anything illegal lol... That would be illegal and we don't swing that way.

Anyone who wants to grow dope, regardless of his motivation or level of knowledge, should be encouraged to do so. It's a valuable learning experience, and may even produce some good bud.

Grow it, smoke it, sell it, share it.

Good bud is welcome everywhere.

It's also illegal everywhere.

So what?

heres my 2 cents. If you need more than 30 plants to turn a profit, theres a problem. 10 in clone, 10 in veg., 10 in flower. Even if you only got an ounce a piece, thats 60 oz. a year, plus or minus 4 lbs a year. thats the bear minimum. 2000 per lb= 8 grand minimum. As far as sevenhourworkweek goes, probably the worst person Ive seen on here. No reason to be such an ass. He seems to not know anything about selling to dispensaries. They don't buy shit weed. The guy reminds me of my local dealer friends who are wondering where their customers went. I know where they went...they are at home taking care of the clones I gave them. I over clone excessivly. Everything over 15 plants....I give away. I've single-handedly flooded the market in my small town....lol

As a patient...you can transport up to 1 1/2 pounds.... grow 15 plants per card/patient...

max of 45 plants in a co-op.... you need a minium of 3 card holders no more than 10 for a co-op.... even with 10 max of 45

No... you cant legaly belong to multipul co-ops....45 plants we get 20 pounds... 4 times a year... each member gets 26.7 lb a year or about 2 lbs a month

dispensaries, although found everywhere, are illegal under Washington State law. You can be part of a co-op, but selling to "dispensaries" is not protected under state law.
That is why when applying for your UBI the business is listed as a co-op non profit ....not as a dispensary:) its all about wording

Yes... if the state was smart...it would require MMJ Store fronts to give purchase receipts for prouduct purchases made....this would also require the grower/patient to have a UBI so taxes can be assesed and collected on their end.... right now its still the wild wild northwest....free for all.

Growing/selling marijuana is a big business through out the USA... theres no dening that fact... time to start treating it as such...anyone selling for profit should be willing to pay taxes.. just as any other business man has to pay taxes

I would agree about paying taxes only if I received equal rights. The IRS won't let me make deductions because they deem mmj an illegitimate business so fuck them, they get nothing. I'm not supporting taxation without representation anymore than my forefather's did before me. And taxation has to be fair too! None of this 25% at each step bullshit like they are proposing in that mess of a bill 502!

Honestly, 7hr work week, this is like the 10 thread I have saw you pissing on other people and just being a shithead. It is amazing your confrontational approach hasn't been handled. I mean seriously bro...I understand sometimes we all can't get along, but you make it a purpose to fucking be a dick at the drop of a hat!

You need to talk less and smoke more...and chill! I mean I am just trying to be real with you. As for the point that was trying to be made between the shit talk I believe tftx22 and yelmkram summed up the truth defining all the spit it took you through arguing.

I wish the best for everyone and I ain't going to judge you beyond what you write in this forum. I just think at times being chill may prove to your benefit because you could have said what the other two mentioned in my post above and been done with it four or five posts ago, but that is just my opinion.

Ohh, and rep'd you both for representing the new law as it stands in it's uncompleted version...you can find a quick link guide that I posted here for Washington State: https://www.rollitup.org/washington-patients/498788-law-washington-state-medical-marijuana.html

Not sure who said it, but no matter how many newbie's attempt to sell and get their product out there...there is so much plenty good shit going around I doubt it would matter at this point...maybe in 20yrs, but right now I look at it as it is better smoking good shit today than sitting in a foxhole in Iraq like I spent for many years worrying about the next mortar attack!

7hr work week, if you feel inclined to share your piece of mind I want you to know I wish you no ill-will. And I don't share with the public who I ignore I just do so as I please. You can bark up my tree all day long and to be honest it really wouldn't matter because your anger is not about me. I don't agree with anything the others against you said either; believe me, being an ass goes both ways, but if you add me to your personal crusade list this is what I will most likely do:

1.) Smoke a bowl
2.) Ignore You
3.) Report You
4.) Forget About you
5.) Smoke a bowl

Now if you live in Washington I would love to not make any enemies because we could come across each other one day and to be enemies over some dumb shit on a forum is silly...I am only stating what you have showcased in the many threads I have read. Hopefully that shit makes sense cause being stoned trying to be straight forward can be a pain.

PEACE!

I'm being a dick by spitting the truth about taxation without representation? How about instead of some emotional rant you formulate an argument if you disagree with something I say. Oh and you are the one that shouldn't take things so seriously, not me. Take your own advice.

Have anything to say about the subject or you just want to talk about me?

I only read "collective garden" nothing about a co-op. How does a "dispensary" serve more than ten patients legally? Seems fishy to me, these "dispensaries". I am all for MMJ, but I am afraid these "dispensaries" are hurting the cause by not following the law.

they do follow the law.... one patient is taken care of at a time.... you have to sign in and sign out....the store becomes your temporary caretaker for the 5 min it takes to purchase the medicene when you sign in... then they arent as soon as u sign the paper and leave

Yes... its a grey area thats the issue

So when you sign out, what about the 15 days that has to pass before that provider can be a provider for a different patient?
