Possible Stroke??

okay, so heres my question.

about two years ago i go to vegas to watch the monster energy cup. i had been smoking weed straight for about 3 years at this point, and the night before i leave my buddy brings over a quarter of coke. It was my first time doin a stimulant (other than putting coke in blunts) and all was good, had a few more buddys come over. Got a few hours of sleep, had a horrible comedown around 2 am(felt like i was guna jump outa my skin. Six oclock rolls around and we take off to vegas. I had to drive all 5 hours in a rental car packed with my brother my dad, grandma, and my buddy. We get there, me and my buddy do a few lines in the bathroom and we take off to old town vegas. Gamble all night. And some moderate drinking. I get about 4 hours of sleep maybe. Next day we take off to the races and do a few more lines before going into the stadium, its super hot out. We sneak out for the track walk. Then i go up to watch practice.
So im sitting there and i notice my hands are super wet, i keep dropping my gatorade.
Then i start to get that jumping out of my skin feeling. Theeen i feel my arm start hurting, like alot. slowly my whole left side goes numb and my face does also. I get up and freak out (probably makeing a scene) and i head back to the car.
I noticed that i hadnt smoked bud in about 2 days, so i devide to go to the car and smoke a bowl (stupid).
At this point i am still feeling super wierd. And i get in the car and notice theres a security guard about 4 cars down. so im like thinking i cant just hotbox my car right now. so i decide to ghost hit the whole bowl (stupider). That makes it all way worse, i start feeling faint and i could feel my heard beating funny. All while my left side goes numb, comes back to normal, and goes numb again.
I convince my buddy to drive me to the hotel. The whole way there i felt confused about what was going on and even grabbed the wheel at one point and almost made us wreck.
So i get to the hotel and take a cold shower, and down a bunch of water, and sleep. I slept on and off for about 24 hours straight. wake up in time to get in the car and come back home.
Then since ive been home, every time i blazed it i would feel funny again, face would go numb and heart felt funny. So i quit blazing for about 6 months.
I started smoking again and smoked for about 6 more months, and felt fine. then one day i started having wierd anxiety attacks. Veins would get really tiny and i would feel faint. So i quit blazing again. havent smoked for about six months. and i still get anxiety attacks from time to time. Recently i had a brief one in vons last week. only lasted a few minutes.
So whats my issue? i havent gone to the doctor about this because i dont know. i feel great 95% of the time. Anyone elts have a similar issue or know anyone who does? everyone ive talked to just says "your losing it" or "its all in your head" Oh and sorry for the bad grammar. this is the interweb. :-P:leaf:

First of all congrats on stopping smoking and secondly get yourself to a doctor one stroke can leave you handicapped your entire life. If you have stopped smoking purely because of this chances are its not just in your head, again get yourself to a doc sounds from what I have heard about strokes, that it was.
The best person to speak to is your doc unless we've got a stoner doc on here which in all probability their will be, but going on statistics on the posts people post here you've prob got about a 50/50 chance of the info being right haha.
Better safe than sorry.

I knew I wasn't the only one.
And it's particular on the left side of my head too.
It feel like the nerves are dieng or some shit.
It's a weird ass feeling. That's when i'd get super stoned.
I then just would take like a hit.. and wait like 15 min and then feel great.
So I just lowered my dosage to the minimalist.. and it satisfied me and my needs and i don't get super stoned anymore.
Just that HAPPY stone.

EDIT: I remember sometime pain would also travel to my hand... wrist.. up my arm.. to my back... up to the left side of my head one time..
And it was cause I was high.. really high... i'd eatin a browny.
Wasn't even thinking bout it... but It was their... People told me the same shit dude... IT ALL IN YOUR HEAD..
No it's not.. i feel that shit and it's scary..

Were you eating healthy? Sounds like a possible blood glucose issue. My dad has hypoglycemia( low blood sugar), and he went to the ER twice in 2 months because his blood sugar would drop, he couldn't talk right, couldn't think clearly and his left side of his body would go limp and numb. Turned out him eating sweets would cause it to spike, then drop quickly. They thought he was have TIA's which from what I understand are mini strokes. I have the same thing but I get super anxious, paranoid, feel like garbage, and my skin goes numb. Get your blood sugar checked man, chances are you have something related to blood glucose issues or even insulin issues. It sounds like to me that you weren't eating or hydrating right while on coke, or your harbeat was so irregular from the coke and possible heat stroke that you experience mild cardiac arrest. I'm no expert man just my .02. Good luck on getting healthy!

It's anxiety. It's in your head, but that doesn't make it any less "real". Stick to indicas or don't smoke at all is my advice. If you go to a doctor and say "smoking weed makes me feel paranoid, etc" the first thing he is gana say is to stop smoking then. Unless you want to sign up for some SSRIs and benzos, I just saved you a 100$ doctors checkup.

note- the SSRI/benzo thing was a bit of a joke, but both used properly can really help with real anxiety conditions. However, if your attacks are purely induced from smoking than you have a much simpler solution, albeit not optimal.

i def should get my blood checked because diabetes has been popping up in my family. i often feel kind of out of it for no reason and cant drive very good at night. and maybe the anxiety thing just topps it off. for a while i noticed that when i smoked sativas i would kinda freak out a bit haha. maybe i burnt myself out too fast too young. i feel much better without buds and ill smoke again someday regularly again.:dunce: kinda strange to me that at only 21 years old i was having that kinda health problems. feeling much better now, quit smoking cigarettes completely also (electronic cigs are the shiiit)
