I have one problem , I have 2 cob racks one is 3070 200w dimmed to 180 and other is 1212 clu048 200w dimmed to 180. I have 4 cobs on each rack.. I have them on meanwell 185 1400.. my question is , what would be optimal distance above the canopy* seedlings, veg, flowering?

It is kinda hard to say. I have 6 vero 29's 3500K 2 in parallel(3 sets) on a HLG240A 2100 turned all the way down, running about 500mA each. Way less than 200 watts total. I have them at about 24 in. at the moment. Transitioning budded back to veg. I will drop the light after they take off good and raise mA some. It is basically a trial and error. You just have to watch the plants response. If they start growing spindly, lower the lamp. Just don't blast the crap out of them. They have to acclimate to the intensity of leds.

Im running 4 Luminus, 2x 185H-1400

running at 300watts, or 75watts each,

In flower, Im at 44,000 lux --710 PAR @ 15inchs.

seedlings, I look for 250 PAR or around 15,000 lux.

I get 250 PAR at 36 inches outside my rig.
