And u leave them in those blue cups the entire grow??????

Very healthy!!!!!!
Cheers mate!
Yeah, I usually start in smaller cups and up 'pot' to those just as they show pistills. Seems to work really well so will be sticking with this method for a while.

Day 46 (Tues) in flowering. I'll try and take some closeup pic's tomorrow with the ipad.......things are progressing well. The smell is full on right now. It's more "sweet" of a smell, than maybe a kush. 9/10 in the smell dept now. What I thought a week ago would be low yielding and airy buds on the "sativa" leaning plants- have now filled out substantially and the overall weight looks like a monster. I've been tempted to dry one of the more well done buds but I've resisted.....I'm on a smoke break and just eating edibles instead of smoking so it's been easier. I fully expect most of it to be done by 60 days.........I've gone in investigating the last couple of days with my microscope thingy.........I'd say the buds range to mostly cloudy with no clear, maybe 1% amber to still mostly clear, 25% cloudy. I think a few plants will be ready even earlier, maybe 53 or 54 days. I'm a bit surprised how quick these are for the weight they have produced.........It's tough to get me excited....but these do!

Sounds excellent mate! Glad to hear the sativa pheno is fattening up, hope she gives you a solid yield!!

I was told the more "indica" is the keeper pheno, which I found surprising but without smoking, how is one to know? I was also told 60-65 days to finish flowering, but some of mine are definitely earlier. Working on some pic's now......

Switched back to metal halide bulbs to increase resin production the last 10 days or so......

I guess the plan now is cutting everything at day 60, except for the one or two plants that are well done now and will be chopped this w/e. It will take me 2 days to do everything, and the mother-in-law will be here...... At 87 years old, I can only hope she's lost her sense of smell.

Last post until chopping is fully done.....a few pic's may follow though. A final report will detail the final weight and a smoke report.

I cut my 1st plant down today at day 53 flowering. I was hoping to hold off but I checked the trichomes and they were about 50% amber. Thick and dense main cola with a berry skunk smell. At least 3+ oz dry I'm guessing- this could be my all-time high yield for the room. This plant turned a blueish grey, very blueberry like. This plant was one of the tallest plants in the room, in the back row. I hadn't noticed it was further along than the others early on, but the last few weeks it just took off. It seemed to drink more water than the others too.

I'll probably cut a few more over the w/e and then the rest will come next Tues/Wed at days 60 and 61. If you are looking for ease of growth and monster yield, this strain has to be considered. I still can't comment of quality of high, as the only piece I cut was way early, but the berry skunk smell and taste does come thru nicely. A very interesting strain, quite different than many things I've done over the last year or two.....

Final review......since it appears people are periodically still stopping by and the fact I hate it when people don't finish threads- here goes:

I guess I went 61 days total although 1 plant was done way early (and cut) and a few of them could have gone another 5-7 days probably. The final weight came in at 40 oz for 23 plants, WAY below my expectations. I'm pretty sure it's because I used M.H. bulbs for most of the grow. I normally use H.P the whole grow, this time I use M.H. in veg and the first 3 weeks of flowering. Then moved to the H.P. but went back to the M.H. the last 10 days. I'm thinking I lost at least 25%-35% weight in the end. There are basically two pheno's, an indica leaning and a sativa leaning one. The indica leaning plants are the keepers, with good weight, solid cola's and higher potency. The sativa leaning pheno's are very light yielding, maybe 1 oz total, not dense at all and quality is lower. Every plant put out a large center cola between 2 and 2.5 ft with a ring of lower colas. There were more sativa leaning plants than the indica ones. The quality is an 8.5/10 potency wise and totally encrusted is resin. I cut when I had about 15% amber and 5% clear, and largely cloudy. Taste and odor is not quite blueberry but definitely in the "fruit" family with a skunky undertone. Interesting taste and smell for sure, much different than the kushes I've been doing for a while.

Summary: A very easy strain to grow with no visable deficiencies or issues. I used 10ml of cal/mag per gallon throughout the grow along with Botanicare Pure-Blend nutes. I normally get at least 60 oz, sometimes a lot more out of the room so this was the lightest yield in my last 8+ grows or so- forget about the M.H. on this strain. I've been getting very good reviews from my friends and the buzz is mostly "heady"....not much body to it. I did not pinch or train the plants at all but I did lollipop them (cut off the bottom 3rd branches) to increase air flow, make it easier to water and reduce dead/decaying leaves. This is a perfect strain to grow a bunch of plants out and pheno hunt to find a good mother- only 35-40% of the plants are indica leaning so you need to grow out enough of them to find the right plant.

I decided to do one more blueberry hybrid the next time up so I chose Big Buddha's "Blue Cheese"......this is more of a proven strain with many awards and consistant good reports including a 10/10 from seedfinder. Thanks to everyone who continued to check in and follow along.

Cheers for the report bro, sorry ro hear you didnt get the yield you were expecting. I can almost definitely say it was the MH light that reduced it, i expect it when I use them as i have measured them in the past. I lost between 15-20% on average over 5 grows.
Sounds like it was a good strain though mate and 8.5/10 for potency is pretty good, that MH must have helped with the extra trich coverage :)

I'm always around......love your pic's Iahad. Guessing you went a lot longer than I did in flowering, to get them to look like that. It's not a strain I would necessarily do again but I was still happy with the results. What attracted me to Positronics was the old Positronics "Skunk Afghani" strain used in Breeders Choice "Anesthesia" . One of the strongest medicinal strains arounds.

I tend to do a lot of Sweet Seeds "Green Poison" grows, I just switched into flowering my 24 plants for the 7th or 8th grow of it. It's one of my all around favorite strains. You can find most of them under my under handle, "sshz".
