How exactly does a co-op work? You donate marijuana and can take marijuana out because you donated? Is that how it works? I would love to try some more of the local fare! haha.

So I could bring some down if I am a patient and try some other strains from around town? That would be cool. I can donate medicine, too.

Hey guys! Went down there today and asked a lot of questions in a conversation with the operator. Seems like a pretty legitimate business helping patients get access to different meds. Met 3 different growers there, each had something good to offer. I came away with Sensi Star, Blue Kush ( i think that was it), and another strain that I cannot remember the name....I need labels, darn it. haha.

I am impressed with the location, the building is spectacular! They have a lounge, pool table, future spot for a theatre room, and a separate farmers market in the back, which had several booths where the growers can show their wares. You have to show ID and your OMMP card to get access or see any of this. So it does not come across as a seedy place. Overall I was pretty impressed with the operator and his professionalism.

The only thing I can say that is somewhat negative is this.....there were strains like OG 18 in there, and I asked if it was Reserva Privada, and he did not know. I would say that I, as a consumer and grower, would like to know where the genetics come from. The OG 18 looked good, but I would have gotten it hands down if he could have said where it was from. At least he was honest, that is a good thing.

Overall, I think it is a great place to go and be a responsible, law abiding medical patient. Pretty neat to meet new people and see the results of their efforts!

Thanks to all the guys down at Cannabliss. I have smoked 2 out of 4 strains.... and here is the result.......The Blue Kush was what I tried first. By far the best bag appeal of everything I saw there today. It smoked great, hit you behind the eyes and very floaty, enjoyable high. Sweet taste, and FANTASTIC aroma (in bag and smoked).

I also smoked the forgotten name bud next, because I had the most of it. It's bag appeal was good, not great. Solid, rock hard nugs, very closely trimmed, and some noticeable crystals, but not the bag appeal I look for. Now, for the smoke, it was energetic, kind of creeper type high, took a few minutes to really feel it, but overall I was impressed with the effect. The smoke was fuel tasting, and not super enjoyable. Not a great smell, but like I said, overall the HIGH was a good one, and well worth smoking. I am a true believer in the effects of marijuana, so this guy did a good job also. I am interested to try more of his stuff, but this was my first trip down there, and I was impressed!

Next up is topshelf's sensi star outdoor. I want to wait until morning to get a clear idea of how this one is. Unfettered if you will.

Thanks again for the efforts, guys and girls! Overall, very professional and some great strains to try out and get an opportunity to talk directly with the growers, to make sure you are getting what you want.

dude hasnt got rid of all his outdoor yet? wtf. come on.
Question is, who are you, and why would I lend any credibility to YOUR statements? Have you been to Cannabliss? If so, then write up your review, good or bad. If not, stop chirping away, you are just assuming. I went there today, to see what was up.

I would bet this kid does not even live in Oregon.

i dont need credit from u. i was just foolin so shut the fuck up. if u dont like my ways then dont respond. i luv u and this is the way u talk to me.
So you agree, you really do not know anything about what you are talking about. And, yep, not from Oregon! Look who is getting their panties in a bunch....a mongo frog. Maybe if lying cowards like you would not post bullshit, people like me would not have to call you on it.

Why were you "just foolin"? What did it get you in life? Is being labeled a liar your goal?

Thanks, man! Nice meeting you, too. I appreciate the kind words about the White Widow, I do like it. Can't wait to try yours out tomorrow and see what Sensi Star is all about! I will see you down there sometime, I am sure. Seeya!

Good information and a nice review by Haz. I'm currently a member of the Sophia Co Op up on Sandy Blvd, but I'm looking for something a little closer and that has a better product. I'll go down and check out Cannabliss tomorrow morning.

Sophia was getting pretty lax on knowing what strains they were providing. Very odd...For my medical issues, I prefer certain strains over others. How do the "donation" costs stack up at Cannabliss? At Sophia, the suggested donations are $60 for a 1/4. The amounts replicate themselves as you go up in size, and you don't get any price breaks by obtaining more.

Hi Luther,

$60 a 1/4? Only if they delivered... with a pizza. :-?

One "club" I visited, wanted $365 just to get in. Evergreen Park in Tigard is small, and shows promise at 20% less than Sophia, but still...

C'Bliss was my to be next stop. I'd be interested to know your finding$ there, if you don't mind.

I understand supply and demand, but we are in a legal realm, and in a legal environment no one should have to pay as much or more than what can it be obtained on the black market for. I'll believe the "direct from the farmer" pricing should it ever be found.

They had a range of suggested donations for different strains. Free your first time. There were around 20-30 strains, some duplicates from different growers. 5 per visit after your first time. Other long term options for you, but you should see for yourself.

Thanks for the kind words about the review.
