So this is my Dutch passion the ultimate seedling who is 14 days from germination. She is growning in B&Q compost under 300w of cfl although will be moved into biobizz allmix and flowered under 600w hps. Has been fed 1ml litre of biobizz grow once and a pinch of Epsom salts although this problem presented itself when she was only getting PHd tapwater. Her first set of leaves have already become crispy and fell off. Soil.thoroughly dried between watering and run off is 6.2. I really don't know what is wrong. All her sisters grown in the exact same conditions (gsc and rare darkness) are thriving. Any ideas??

what are ph'ing your tap at? Looks like you did something right to bring her back... she may be a fussy one, or go threw a phase of this. Looks like its snapping out of it and has gotten greener and produced more leaves in 2 days...Id get it potted up soon in the bizz...she'll like that and take off. ime epsom takes awhile to work, Id get some cal/mag and give her some of that every other watering in her new dirt.

Thanks for the quick reply! I have been PHing the water down to 6 when using just water although since I've been using nutes they drop the PH to 6.1 for me. It comes out around 8 before treatment. I have some mag/cal although wasn't sure if it would be acceptable growing organically however it's only veg phase so I may well do that! Thankyou for your input

Calmag will keep it healthier. It looks like it could be calcium but then not really. It also looks like it could be nute burn but cant tell forsure and you said you havent fed but once. Then in the two days ago picture it looks pale and underfed but then in the now pic its green. All i can do is chuckle to myself. Its a tough one to pinpoint man. If theres a big problem it will most likely become more clear soon enough and we can try again, but for now personally id just try to wait it oit and see if its going to figure it out by itself with a little food.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that is a tad stumped! As soon as she dries I'll give a dose of cal/mag and hopefully she's just a hormonal teenager and will grow out of it! Thanks for your opinion buddy :)

Jeeze mate

They aint all beauty queens you may be better of scrapping that one or taking a clone off it

I mean you could replace that in 2 weeks and you`d get more off the plant, did you shape the stem like that or did it just grow that way ?

Going into 5 gallon cloth pot with decent soil on Monday, is recovering nicely after some extra soil, a good feeding and some cal/mag. Thanks for the helong everybody!

Ps the stem is like that because she was leggy as hell when she germinated. I couldn't get the cfl close enough as she was sharing the space with bigger plants at the time. I buried it then it grew out of the soil like that! Ha! Will burry it right down to its cotyledons on Monday. If I'm honest I don't really care if the stem is wonky as I'll be LSTing and topping her to get bushy.

Nute burn. i think the dirt you are using has enough food for a seedling and adding more has burnt the little thing. One feed is enough to burn a small plant .

2 things I see right off.Your soil has no ammendments to help it drain. When you repot try adding 1/3 perlite. 2 your soil is hotmthat's what is causing your leaves to curl.
