pollinating how and why and what should i do?

hey guys im a new grower ive been thro 3 or 4 grows and growing from bagseeds has to be my only option so far
well bagseeds and clones
i was wondering about how to get pollinating and get fem seeds and everybody was saying different stuff so i thought i ask you guys what do i need to get fem seeds?
and how should i pollinate them

Colloidal silver. YouTube it. I go natural with male flowers and a little help from a paint brush. Q tip works as well. Any males that mature get tossed into the juicer.
