Pollen across the street.

I thought it was great when the house across the street from my commercial warehouse came up for rent.
So im moving in tomorrow, bringing my breeding tent i had kept at my apt, and it just occured to me that pollen could possibly go across the street and get sucked into the air intakes.

How likely is this? Is there any sort of air intake filter that works well enough?

im pretty sure that if a carbon filter can scrub microscopic stuff out of the air it can catch pollen too
