If Phelan does not rule in our favor, I agree that the jackbooted thugs are going to kick in the doors of all mmars still growing after the decision, as well as any unpapered grows they find thru our smart meter data. I think JT will legalize for rec at some point, but I also think he will go the LP route with dedicated stores perhaps.
They will not let us grow at home, in order to protect us from ourselves.

Well I voted never because I voted ndp...

i am waiting before i make my decision if he's good or bad. he hasn't been in long enough to do much but i hope he applies the policy that aboriginals got-if it doesn't make sense, we will retract/remove it (not sure of exact wording)
if we get that, our lives will change for the better. no more not being able to have help to tend your garden. 1 person will be able to grow for more than 2 patients...etc

i hope they take a look at the MJ classification. how can it be schedule 1-no medicinal value- and have a medical MJ program? that makes no sense at all.
