Plexiglass Installation Help

Hi everybody, just a quick question. I've been seeing the cooling tubes people will use sometimes but I've heard you could use a piece of plexi glass and create your own sorta cooling tube by seperating the air around the lights from the air flowing through the plants. I have a PC Stealth Grow and want to install a piece of plexiglass that is 8x10. It just kind of would be hanging in the middle of the set up between the lights and right above the canopy. I am just unsure of how I can put it up in there.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Would'nt the heat of the lamp depending on size not exadtly melt it but tend to soften it to the point that it would sag, and wouldn't it lessen the lunens of your lights ?

My goal is to create a sort of cooling affect with the fan blowing over them and hopefully give me the chance to add more lights. And its melting point is higher than what the heat of the bulbs will be putting off. They wouldn't be touching.

I would try and make something that'll hold it up on only the four corners of it. Similar to how shelves are held up in a shelving unit. Maybe try messing with some magnets or velcro?
