Now everytime I put an order to Attitude Seeds and use my Credit Card I always get denied so everytime I order I let the order get denied then call my bank and they let the charge go through after verifying its me really me using my card. This only happens when I order with Attitude seeds. (I don't mind the extra calls at all especially after what just happen to me today!!!!)

So I ordered from Nirvana Seeds about 10 days ago and received my order. Then I noticed alot of unknown charges coming up on my Card. Some many charges that it CLEANED my bank account out!!!! They left me with like $1.25 in my bank account. Multiple charges of over $100 but not more than $1000 a day. So I call my bank to get this taken care of and they are sending me a new card and changing all my account numbers. Now i just have to wait a day or two to dispute the charges........So after I get off the phone it hits me that this exact same thing happen to me last year after placing an order with Nirvana last year. But last year there were only 2 fraudulant charges and my bank quickly refunded the money the same day. Everytime I place and order through Nirvana my charges go straight through and I don't have to call the bank to verify it's me making a purchase out of the country.

Now I'm not knocking Nirvana or Attitude seed bank in anykind of way( I will continue to order from both of them!!).... I have been VERY satisfied with my orders and customer service from them both of the times I ordered from them. I think there's something or someone pulling the CC information from the payment screen that nirvana website sends you to pay.....

Has this happen to anyone else????

I've ordered from both and never had those problems.

The payment site for Nirvana could be compromised. Your PC itself could be compromised. An employee at the company who processes the cc info could be using them to purchase stuff.

Theres a multitude of issues that cold be happening. My suggestion? Buy Nirvana seeds from attitude.

I frequently buy from Attitude. I have had no probs. Like 420 says, it could be a multitude of things. Do you know if the charges are coming out of the UK?

I use a rechargeable Visa card. Sure it costs 3-5 bucks to put money on it. But the good thing is that if I order $100 of stuff I just put a touch more than that on the card. Anyone trying to use the digits later will find the card gets declined and I get a notice of the declined transaction. Not that I would do anything that info but still...

These cards are also what I use if I am paying for any memberships at any website that has a recurring charge. You can tell the dungeonmaster you want to cancel your membership but invariably you still get charged...

yeah netspend is the way to go now that alot of the visa gift cards are no longer accepted internationally.

i am sorry to hear about what happened with nirvana. im pretty sure that was unfortunately somebody at nirvana. i have been using tude for years and never had fraud. this had come as such a surprise to me that I called them up last year to talk about their policy on personal information. "we do not keep credit card information on file" = their stated policy. whenever u order, they charge it as a one time thing.
the most they keep is ur shipping info if ur a repeat customer. however u can ask them to remove that from their records as well.
u can even place the order over the phone if ur scared, tho theyre busy and the wait might be awhile.

I do what he does, but not with Visa, i get a prepaid mastercard
They come in 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 denominations, and it costs $6 to activate. 1 time use, no fuss no muss.
You go on the website for the card www.vanillamastercard.com (.ca) and click register your account
It just asks for postal code
You can litterally use whatever the fuck u want on the order form
Eg:
Sombuddahz name
152 bitemeon my ass avenue
some city, NV
12752 <--- as long as that matches to what u put on the website it will go through
Now of course ur going to want your address to match
but what i do is i lie on the name like

Mr Andrew Kennedy <use different one each time>
<my address>
<my postal code>

Then if it gets stopped, and im ever questioned. i can deny that shit like OJ.
simply tell them you put "return to sender" on the envelope/box and dropped that shit in a post box.
because no mr kennedy lives there lolwut ;)

as long as the postal code matches, youll get approved.
Once ur done, cut up and toss the card.

I placed an order with Nirvana around Feb 27th of this year and I immediately got a call from my card the next day about strange charges showing up. I didn't want to say anything here about Nirvana, because I can't prove that it was Nirvana. There were two bogas UK charges and the third was from South African. Re-thinking Nirvana.

If I remember correctly the same shit happened with Attitude last year and they had to change the company they used to process the credit cards. That is when they started using godaddy right after.

I have a Visa with BoA. And they have this thing called ShopSafe where you create a temporary card # and select the dollar limit and date limit. I use it on almost every online purchase (if not through PayPal).

It's free to use and the point of it is that you aren't giving out your actual card number. I don't know if other cards have it, but check with your card's website and see if they offer anything similar.

Yeah my chase card will email me for any purchase over a set amt. And waits till I verify unless I put a company on my allow list. It would be a hassle tho except my email goes straight to my phone.

Either way I will be careful with nirvana now, haven't had any problems with attitude tho

I just placed an order with them (Nirvana direct) and it cleared my bank as well as their confirm for payment - now I get an email stating that they have put my order on hold and I must send them a scan of my credit card - Bank says BS - I smell fraud at a higher level than just one employee - bummer they've already got my cash too.

The email:

Many thanks for shopping at Nirvana Shop.

Your order has been flagged for a standard security procedure we perform on random orders for risk-management purposes.

Please send us a scan or photo (in jpeg format) of the card you used to order.

The image of your card can be sent to this e-mail address. Upon receipt, we will ship your order right away. Without the scan, we will be forced to cancel the order and block your card in our shop.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your understanding.

That sucks big time, wouldn't want to send them my information!

Another thing that's fishy about nirvana is that they delete (or never publish) all the bad reviews they get on there strains, I've submitted a few of them that never showed so I can tell for sure.

If you order from Agar Agar Seeds your transaction comes up as 'Agar Agar' no mention of seeds because you can't put a price on piece of mind

This sounds hella wierd... People who skimm cards can do it with only a picture of your card!!!!!!!!
Also be aware that any place you ever used your card could be the ones skimming it, but i sure think the mail they sent you sounds wierd and NOT LEGIT.

i would try contacting a person in charge at the company and talk to him/her. If this really is a person inside of the company skimming their clients, they would want to know since otherwise it could destroy the company ...
You should definently contact someone outside of their finance department! i would!

Does sound weird although at the same time at least a scan wouldn't have the CV2 (security) number on the back of the card. Still, sure they could figure out a better way of figuring out whether it's a legit transaction than this, and doing it for 'random' transactions makes no sense either.
