please help reccomend a strain to grow.

Greetings guys , Im looking for a strain that is best for just chilling and watching tv or playing some video games.

Im not looking for giggles at my age anymore. Something that is just chill.

A strain that would be suitable for indoor growing.

I would have to say just go check out one of the seed banks and just browse. You will find what your looking for much easier that way. I can promise that if this is your first grow your going to have some stumbles so you might as well get a car to get you to the finish rather than a Lamborghini that you total. There are so many good strains I wouldn't even know where to start listing you should look and see what you want read a little bit and order it. Also try to get them from a place that throws in freebies

You can use the advanced search features on some sites. Narrow your search by type of plant, cost, flowering time, difficulty to grow, etc, to suit your grow environment and experience.
Once you have entered your parameters, it will be a little easier and less overwhelming to select a plant to start with.
I would go for a classic. Something tried and true, with little variation and a sturdy, easy to grow plant.
Like an AK47 or Northern lights.
I am not recommending these in particular, just an example.

It sounds like you're looking for the "body high" that indica gives....a somewhat pleasant couch-lock.
