Still I think something is wrong. She's still stunted. With as much leaf growth as she (hopefully) has those fan leaves should at least be the size of your hand. Really a little bigger and the stem should at least have the width of a finger at least. Cannabis is a very vigorous grower. Everyday u look at her you should be able to see a difference from the previous day of growth. With them being so small would they be noticed? The sun is about the strongest light source u can find and it's FREE. If u can sneak her outside you can see if lighting is the issue. But until u figure out y she's stunted I would keep her in veg. Once everything is corrected u will see a nice growth spurt

yeah, im putting it outside if its not raining. but if its around 12noon im putting it on a shaded area because of the heat.
i seeing lots of new growth on the sides of the fan leaves. where the stem joins the main stem.

How old is that plant? How far are you keeping the light away 30ft? That thing is stretching like no other.

Shit that plant is old! Are you growing it out or in? If it's in, that thing should be have been done by now.

Are you growing indoor?
im putting it inside my grow closet and switch on my lights if its already dark.
but in the morning i put them outside to receive the power of sun!
i can see some staminate primordia in my plants or calyxes that have no pistils. its still small that is why cant put pics here.
im hoping it will be a female..

You shouldn't do that, switch back and forth. Leave it inside, keep it on a light schedule(get a timer). All the added stress will cause your plant to be male.

hermie seeds are useless, with that said. Those are pistils so it's a female. Another reason to keep it under a light and on a schedule is because you will cut down on stretch. From the looks of it, that plant is dying for light. I'm amazed it's female.

You don't have to top a plant to get a clone. I'm pretty sure you can even cut a fan leaf for a clone. Do some reading on it before you do anything.
