since you know its not anything you changed then it must be something you're doing incorrectly.
listing those things that you are already doing incorrectly will expedite your remedy

you are likely overfeeding your plants, N- with bad watering habits too. you need better controls

guys, if its overwatering why it did not start showing problems before?
does switch to 12/12 effect watering?

if I'll switch back to 24 will that fix anything at all?

after switching I noticed that when light are off temp dropped to 15-17 C, 25C when light on.
to avoid low temps i've added heater/blower that keeps temps 22+
humidity is 30-40%

What a MESS! I would start with a FLUSH and STOP FEEDING!
I know :(

takes some time to drown a plant, could happen at any moment with too much water. some plants, if all the other resources re in order, can handle this, but plants on the edge anyways cannot handle the mass kiling of substrate beneficial orgs, lack of 02 in the root zone, and the anearobic conditions resulting.
I'd finish them, clone them now, and read some grow guides.

Whats your ph.
How hard are you feeding them?
I stopped feeding on Jan 6. before that I was adding every other watering solution of N 0.4% 0.7 CaO
I'm not sure about PH as my cheap soil ph meter shows about 7 when soil is dry and drops down to 6.5 when watering.

Sorry im not versed in what calcium oxides do for your plants.

But from. My exp i would say you got an n toxicity
And possibly a real low ph?

Whats was the humidity again?

Also do they still look like that?
Looks alot like over fertilization with possible too low of ph

But they definitely are not happy as they can be.

Im sorry i cant help much im not a dirt grower.

now they look worse :(
I'm almost sure PH could not go really that low, but if its N tox or PH low , flushing will help hopefully :)
humidity is from 30-40%
I'll report on effects of flushing.

thanks for suggestions and help.
