Diztraxt it's very difficult to grow without being able to balance your PH - if the ph in the root ball is too high or low the plant will neither uptake nor transport nutrients properly. It's called nutrient lock out.

To balance your root ball PH without a measuring tool flush with distilled water - you can buy a gallon for $2 in the eye care section of a pharmacy. Distilled water has a PH of 7, close to the 6.8 max that we want for soil.

Mix your new Pro Mix for repotting with distilled water, there will be enough nutrients in the soil to keep your plant alive until the first watering. In the mean time you must find an affordable way to balance the PH of your nutrient mix before watering.

As well, buy nutrients designed for marijuana if possible. Dyna Grow has a 1 part Veg nutrient for about $18 a litre that will last years growing only a few plants. Excellent results.

and this is what you dont want to do. dont be swingin the ph by changin the water ph. thats an imballance and not good. and with no ph how is he going to know its enough to bring the ph up if that is what it is even
a liter last years???..and wont go bad hey...bet it is. must be a week feed to last years even on 1 plant.

goit a link to this 1 part food as i thought my company had the only 1 part out there.

I have deliberately chopped roots back in the day to see what the total effects would be. If properly watered all of them survived. Pot is fairly resililiant, but sadly, will not survive an overdose of maracle grow. I've used MG in my F&D and it grew ok pot. Nice looking crystal. Is your plant responding well?

Medi the PH of distilled water is 7.0. If Diztraxt flushes with distilled the PH of the water in the root ball will be 7.0, allowing for nutrient uptake when he gets a PH pen for the next feeding and from the new peat mix that he can mix with distilled water and have a PH balanced root ball with a touch of nutrients to feed the plant until the inner root ball dries out - which was ph balanced from being flushed with distilled water.

It's a way to balance the root ball without a PH pen, but still putting emphasis on getting a ph pen. It'll let his plant start to heal while he digs up a few clams for instruments.

Birds comment is on point, the Miracle Gro must go - PH pen or not.

and what food do we use that is at 7ph for its max uptake...none. so it does nothing for feeding the pklant, only messes with the ballance in the medium to fast. and like i said, with no pen he will never know if he ran enough though still till he checks it. maybe its way way low and needs a shit ton. or not. all just guessing. i hate guessing

i still say if he has to go that way use the same ph always no matter what. the lime in the medium raisies the ph on its own, thats its job.
