Hello I have been growing for about 5 years now and this problem has me stumped. For the last roughly 2-3 years I havent been using any PH up or down and have not had any problems, my local tap water was such that I could mix up my nutes and the ph would be right on. I started having this problem a few weeks ago and it almost seems like something changed with the tap water, nothing else has changed I am running all the same strains and nutrients that I have been for the last 2-3 years.
I have a 4 x 1000w grow, all flowering plants are in 5 gallon pots with atami coco and perlite.

Nutrients are as follows:

CNS 17 Grow
CNS 17 Ripe(1-5-4)(20-25ml/gal) ( I have been using cns ripe and skipping bloom for last 2 yr w/ no problems )
Botanicare Cal-Mag (5ml/gal)
Hygrozyme (5-6ml/gal)
Great White myco ( a few taps of the powder in a gallon of water every few waters)
Bloombasitc (5ml/gal) (rotate)
Awesome Blossoms (5ml/gal (I rotate boosters))
Earth Juice Bloom Master every few waters (rotate)
Nectar for the gods Herculean Harvest (0-10-0) bone meal
have both nectar ph up which is liquid limestone and also regular hydro ph up the blue stuff...... its taken some of the gallons about 15 even 20 ml of the blue ph up to get it from 5.4 up to 6.5

When I first started noticing this problem my best guess was that my PH was too low which was causing magnesium or P lockout so I have been trying to adjust the PH UP to around 6.5-7 (from 5.5) when I water but I am still getting the issue even when I PH up.....

If i left anything out just ask i really appreciate your time and help this is very important to me as I am a cash cropper and this is scaring me because its affecting everything all the way across the board even my moms!

as you can see it starts along the edges and eventually the whole leaf will yellow out and curl up and die =( seems to get worse the farther into flower......... Thanks for your help

thanks guys..... I am gonna keep testing the runoff and the water before I feed to make sure I am in proper PH range also add a little more cal mag and maybe put a little grow back in with the ripe........ possibly go get some kind of micro blast or similar additive thats got lots of trace

Most municipal water tends to be alkaline. Your city may have changed something, probably better get a tester kit and see where its at.

I'll bet the water has changed - first guess is they changed from chlorine to chloramine or added some ammonia to the mix and that gives off the chloramine when mixed with Chlorine......Might be having a breakout of some bacteria at the treatment plant.
Like someone said - check with the local water treatment people to see what changed

If your pHing the in-going to the proper levels - it's not pH, it's in the water...

BTW, run off pH is not the pH of the soil!

I've just went thru the same thing, in at 6.5 out at 5.2 and it was the soil I am using. If you will take some lime and apply it to top of soil, you will bring your pH up .
