Plants stretch and not look healthy

Hi, I´m in the end of second flowering week and my plants look worse and worse. I mean they started to stretch and their leaves does not look healthy (not firm enough and kind of light green on tops).
I grow CBD Blue Shark and Candida CD-1 strains. There is 4 plants in 80x80cm tent with A-wings reflector and 400W HPS which I keep around 30-40cm from plants (they are not same size).
Please could you give me any suggestions? Thank you.

did you hit them with bloom nutes already? supposed to feed the stretch. other things too look for: extreme differences between day/night temps. lights too high etc... many things. what changed? they like consistency for sure.

That might be, thank you. I have changed watering schedule recently, but why do they stretch so much?
Don’t water until the pot is light in weight. What have you changed the water schedule to?
Lower your light if they are stretching to much. How far away is it?

Yes, I use Biobizz nutes according to their schedule. I use Grow, Bloom, Bio-Heaven and Top-Max.
Temperatures should be ok. The only thing what changed is the watering, but it doesn´t explain the stretch or does it?

i'd suggest using grow nutes for the 1st 2 or 3 weeks of flower, or until you see actual flowers forming. then slowly transition to bloom nutes. i'd use grow nutes for 1st 2 or 3 weeks flower, then slowly add bloom nutes as you wean off grow nutes. hitting with bloom nutes early has caused yellowing and stretching for a buddy of mine in the past. but slowly going from grow nutes only - to a combo of both grow and bloom nutes - to bloom nutes only, will make them happier. personally i'd use a combo of both till the end, but altering the grow:bloom ratio, and total nutrient strength, to fit the plants growth changes during flowering. if that makes any sense, i admit i'm burnt so i tend to ramble.
edit: too much light can cause drooping, then cause them to slowly lose color, to full on bleaching. just keep that in mind, as it can look like a mag deficiency early iirc.

Thanks a lot it make sense, I will try to check all those possiblities.

i found with this plant, the less you "know" about it, and the more you "let it do it's thing as much as possible", the happier they are. it's a dang weed, it grows all by itself. the more we think we're doing it good by giving it a little more of this, and a little more of that, the worse off it gets. the people i've seen do the very best were the people that knew they knew nothing about it, and followed the most basic steps possible. 1, don't under or over do anything.... that means water and light, even air circulation. too much of any of these and your babies go south quickly. and 2, let it do it's thing. they will tell you when they need water. the biggest problem i've seen personally with everyone just starting out, myself included, was to think a little more water is a good thing. plant moisture stress will mimic all sorts of deficiencies and make you chase ghosts trying to figure out what the problem is. uncle ben has a great thread here on plant moisture stress, you should check it out. i personally think overwatering is the #1 problem in indoor grows.

--- what i meant was you're supposed to feed with grow nutes for the 1st 3 or so weeks of 12/12 to keep em from yellowing. this is the biggest mistake noobs make when transitioning to flowering, is that they feed with bloom nutes when there aren't buds yet... (flower food but no flowers to feed, get me?)

that schedule is whack, what am i looking at? lol. i'm running megacrop, super simple just how i like it. probably running a gram a liter or very close to that. they love it. my cucumbers are chugging along, but my indeterminate tomatoes in organic soil aren't doing so well, i may feed them with MC and see if i can green em up. my other plants love the MC, no joke. it's totally worth it to try a free sample.
