These spots all started in the 2nd week. I thought they were from foliar spray I did But im in the 2nd week of VEG. and the spots are coming up on new growth. I thought it was from nute lock out because my PH was fluxing sometimes as high as 7.5. I have straightened that out keeping my PH between 5.5 & 6.5 for at least the past 2 weeks. been using rain water in my DWC. The thing is it is really bad on one which is a feminized seed and the other which is a feminized auto flower seed which is showing slight signs but no spotting just on the one. my ppm in the rain water is 5 ppm is at about 700. Using general hydroponics three part nutrient performance pack. is it suffering a nute deficiency from a PH lock out? or maybe not?

calcium. Ive dealt with same issue and its coming back again for me. not sure why as they get 5ml of calmag every watering. Could be rusting developing from the cal issue and its spreading.

That looks like calcium. Just to rule it out did you splash anything on the plant?
I did but it was atleast two weeks agto and this is appearing on new growth and the tips of some of the leaves are now curling up. If its a cal def. then it has to be nute lock out. My PH is staying between 5.5 & 6.0. I am giving the plant more than the recommended amount. My ppm's are topped out at 700.

I had the same problem with my first grow which wasn't too long ago. It could very well be lock out with a PH that high. When my friend took over he neglected to correct the PH weeks after it looked like that. Also I was running R/O water and not giving it any extra Cal-Mag. So that being said I haven't had that problem since but PH is always being adjusted 5.5-6 and I add 5ml of Cal-mag per gallon. Hope that helps.

Yeah I think it is because I have been using rain water in my DWC and its PPM is 5. I thought that the general hydroponic three part nute set would supply enough CAL. but I guess not. I will buy CAL/MAG and switching back to tap water set for 24 HR. PPM of tap ranges between 100-186.
