Exactly what I was going to say. Breaking further laws is not a good idea. You just need to let it go and not grow on property that doesn't belong to you. If I found a plant on my property you are damn right I'd take it.

I think you are also forgetting that deer season is getting ready to open. People are going out scouting where they want to hunt this year and getting their tree stands put up. Could have been a hunter.

I see a farmer as reporting it to the police. I see a couple of beer swilling hunters as "woo hoo, look it bud, we got us some free ganja" :weed:

I wouldnt go looking for your plant. Get busted so you can get Breaking and entering, trespassing, AND marijuana cultivation? Its just not worth it.

I agree. If my plant is going to be discovered, i can only PRAY that the person who finds it actually smokes. If they smoke, they'll take it and smoke it. If they dont smoke, theyll report it.

I'd rather have it taken than reported.

I had zero tracks leading up to the plant. To get there you needed to go through some woods in my neighborhood and hop a fence to get to a tree line separating 2 fields about 50 feet from the fence. It was a large grassy field, no way you can see footprints or any trails.

Also about the Hunters. The fence has a "No Hunting" sign on it and the only person who hunts there is the farmers. There is a SHIT TON of deer though. Every time I checked on the plant I had seen at least 5-10. It could have been him hunting when he found it.

But you guys are right about the pot. If it wasn't in the pot but instead in the ground I don't know how easily the farmer would have seen it. Probably would have since it was deep purple and the fan leaves were yellowing but probably not as obvious

Lesson learned: When doing a guerrilla grow, DONT use pots (or at the very least, BURY the pots).

Yeah I would just take it as a loss at this point. Don't grow purple pot in a green area. Next time find a better hidden spot. I just thank god I have a house to grow in and don't have to find a spot.

I don't know if the tree line was also a fence line but people travel along tree lines and farmers check their fence lines periodically for breaks in them.

Don't grow along a natural path or along fence rows unless its your own fence.
