How long did the 10 inch plant take to show all of it's new growths after the fimming? I'll definitely check out the journal. I've just ordered my 1000w ballast and am about to start my first grow. I like looking at journals and seeing what works/doesn't work for people. Be sure to check mine out when I start my grow.
it took about 10 ish days to find out how many new tops id have. which I got 4, I should have had 5 but for some reason one didnt take off.

i asked the very same question about 2 weeks ago and i got mine from the club on the 5th, its fine from what the locals tell me, its just her showing you shes a female and shes mature but u can veg as long as you want from what ive been told. i learned that on here from a few wise friends i call them but actually i dnt really knw them at all, so for any of the cry babys out there that say people dont help ..... :spew:...throw up in my shoes bitches.... :hump:....happy growing bud
Thanks man!

Well I have a 3'x3'x6' grow area,
ive been told I can go 20 inches max. before they will be too large for that area,

and NL is a very small bushy plant. and im going go a decent yield. :D

go big or go home. :D
Like i said starting the 12/12 cycle now would be good for you. Like you said it's a bushy plant. By the end of the 12/12 cycle it'll be 3 times the size of what you have now. Even more maybe. If you give him the correct nutes and everything to keep the plant happy.

Well i would flower them now. but I do wanna make clones, and I have 2 other plants that aren't matured enough yet, only 5 inches or so.

And I want a pretty mother plant.

hens why i wanna buy a 250watt for my other room i have. and maybe even get into some breeding

i think your good just keep vegging the smallest anybodys agreed on is 16 inches and flip them. i was only gonna veg for 4 weeks but im thinking of holding off 4 more weeks if it will increase the yield dramaticlly, id say 20-24 inches top so if they double you would end up with around 4ft tall

You can Veg as large as you want, only limitation is the size of your grow room. I just Vegged 4 plants to 2ft before I cloned them and threw them in my greenhouse. Just make sure you leave room for indicas to grow 2-3x larger during flower & 3-5x larger sometimes with sativas. It's just a preference, some start 12/12 from seed, some even Veg for 6-10 months before flowering an outdoor plant.

Good Luck

A 4 foot plant would be amazing. thats honestly what i want.
I want 20 inches before i flip it. you think I should do 20?
I guess if its needed I could always bend them down if they get to large.

sounds like you need to put your light a bit higher so your plant stretches more, especially if you want clones

Once a plant is mature enough to flower, it will show sex(pre-flowers). You can veg that thing as long as you like. The longer you veg the more bud it it is capable of producing. If you have the room and light to let it get huge.

Each plant is different. Pure strains don't exist anymore except in nature. The genetics dictate how a plant will respond to it's environment. Sounds like a dwarf plant at only 8". They tend to pre-flower early.

Keep it growing in 18/6 or 24/0 light cycle. I would check all the necessary parameters - PH, root bound, lumen (1 to 3 inches from plant tops for T5 and 6 to 8 for higher output lamps),

Everything seems to be in check, the plant is super healthy, I even Fimmed it the other day, and It didnt even shock it, it continued to grow like a champ

I believe she is at about 10 inches now illgo double check.

well 9 inches lol

and the people that flower theirs at 8-10 inches what kind of yield do they get?
