Plant Progress

so here is my plant after about a week or so in its new pot, i stopped keeping track of its progress, but i dont think i really need to, well anyways im happy so far... how do i start an effin grow journal? cause when chop time comes i want to be able to sit read through my journal and blaze...:]

Dude, do not tell me your plant looks like that under 4 cfls? And they don't look any bigger than 28W's.

I'm growing just one at the moment as well, just until I perfect growing under light.

Are you going to tie any of those top stems down?
