plant is not maturing

its been about 6 weeks in flowering under CFLs and my plants buds are still small and show no since of maturing the hairs are white and the trichomes still clear, when will my plant start to this natural process? i feel like its paused!!

if you are only 6 weeks in flowering you should be patient.. when shes ready whe will mature

some plants can take 12 weeks to flower, what strain is it?

what is the type cfl your using cool white or daylight ?

idk but if i decide to grow cfl again which should i use, i know there is the cfl, "daylight" and the cfl, "plant and aquarium"

i used a lil bit of nutes, but i dunno which one is the best what would you reccomend for flowering and what would you recommend for vegetating?
