Plant Help (Leaves are dying and curling up)

My marijuana plant leaves are dying and curling up towards the soild.

should i cut the dying leaves off the plant?
should i use my rainwater spray bottle and spray the dying leaves when the lights off?
also ive never used fertilizers.

help me what should i do this is my first marijuana plant ever.

what is the ph of the water your feeding them

i just transplanted it in that pot cause the other one didnt have drain holes

when did u transplant them? how long were they in the pot with no drainage LOL. they look overwaterd man how often do u water them? i suggest only once every 4-5 days until u get to know how to read your plant.otherwise if u havnt waterd in days then its probly just transplant stress.
