plant health perfecting

Hello to the green supporters. i live in upstate new york and am wondering what to obtain as essential soil, fertilizer, and pesticides at a reasonable price. I would like the soil preferences of outdoor growers with experience. fertilizer as well.and what i can do to keep the plants in great health. basically what do you experienced outdoor growers use at reasonable price ranges that i can pic up at the local garden store.

If i do grow succesfully the plants will appreciate your help as well as myself.

A lot of dirt farmers use Foxfarm soil and nutrients, but you can use any Promix type soil. And you can find Peter's fertilizers in your store.

how rreliable is it to buy the seeds from them?? i live in new york.. u think they would somehow track em back to me??lol jus dont want any unexpected visitors..u kno..lol
