Plant 2 months in veg...small yet insanely bushy (yellowing on bottom leaves)

So on the 1st of april I planted a few seeds in shitty soil, all but this one here died. I started giving Terra nutrients and took as much of the old shitty soil out as I could without tampering with the root system and replaced it with Terra pro soil. Since then this plant has doing much better...except its so damn bushy. There are a ton of nodes in there (6-8) except only about 4 are getting light, and 3 of them are small since the main one has huge leaves blocking light. I have tied it to the side to get it out the way which has worked okayish.

Main problem is its almost 2 months into Veg on a 24-0 cycle under about 360 true LED watts in full spectrum. I can't see a sex yet, there are no ball sacks I can see, but there are no white hairs either. There are green hairs aha ? not white though.

Lastly, leaves are going yellow from the bottom up slowly...is this just because they are getting very little light under all those leaves or something else ?

Cheers in advance !!!

follow directions on a quality nutrient system, you need more better food. trim away those dead leaves. ever notice the color of sticky traps used to catch marijuana pests? I grown for years and often flower plants that have shown no sex indications. stop tying, training, lst ing, and fussing, let her grow naturally till you learn how to help her. she already has millions of years of doing this. you build the soil and she grows. thats my advice

Yo dude, I know some people love 24-0 though I'm a firm believer in 18-6 for vegging (20-4 for seedlings only is ok) as they do need some dark period during veg to help with overall development.

Also, they won't be showing true sex yet as you haven't induced them to flower (switched to 12/12) - only autos would do so under a 24-0 light, and if they haven't done so after 2 months then they'd be pretty shit autos lol!

Overall, without sounding rude dude, that is very small for 2 months veg (I'd expect to see it that size after 1 month only) and I'd say is due to combination of both poor soil initially and possibly LED not being right spectrum for strong veg (though that's only a possibility, as don't know LEDs well, though soil is a definite). New soil is deffo good idea you did, and quality soil is always best start for any bean. The bushyness of it is a damn good feature though and should bode well for flowering.

Cheers for reply :) I want to use 20-4, I was for a few days its just the timer only works per week so I ahve to reset it and I lost the instructions, and to set it there was some puzzle B.S I had to do so not sure how to re program it aha. As for the growth, I was prettysure its due to the soil that killed all the other ones...this one just lasted long enough for me to give it some Terra nutrients which turned it around...they looked like they were all just damping off after getting 1-2" tall. The LED's have given people awesome results, especially in flower..in larger areas than mine, so hopefully they do well. The plant's arnt stretching at all, infact its the opposite aha. So when should I goto flower stage then ? It is gaining height slowly, but its gaining bushyness far quicker and its an absolute cramp fest in there, doubt its getting air flow. EDIT ''I have just used plastic growth ties (they don't restrict the plant at all but still tie it down, pretty useful) to get all the leaves out the way, so there are 3 nodes that will be getting more light now so I should get at least 7 colas since there are a couple more below still aha. I topped 2 of the branches since it needs height in my opinion.

Thanks :D

i dont mean to be debbie downer but if that is 2 months of vegging something is wrong hell i have a plant 3 weeks old bigger than that
this is my plant after 60 days of vegIMG_1170.JPG

and bottom leaves are yellowing because your soil has no nitrogen in it, your plant will typically double in size when you flip to 12/12 so if your cramped for space please know that when you flip to flower it will double in size assuming it has the proper light and nutrients to support the flower growth. same plant above of mine in 40th day of flower.IMG_1607.JPG

Damn man that's fucing B-E-A-UTIFULL. I forgot to add that after about 3 weeks it wasa tiny ass plant, only 2-3: tall with a few sets of leaves. SO I mean, truly it would be fair to say this is just about a month of true VEG after it got the correct nutrients it needed. Don't think doubling in size will hurt with this thing aha :D tis still tiny as hell, just gonna top and LST while my other one that was planted in Terra soul (which is doing nicely) Vegges, which was planted about 3 weeks ago...its already taller than this bushy one aha.

thanks for reply man ! enjoy that harvest dude, looks insane !

Hey dude/dudette, what would be a good way to add more nitrogen ? I am going to Veg for 1 more week to allow more growth so I can take a few clones because...THERES A NEW LADY IN MY LIFE !!!! 1 is showing pre flowers which is awesome, overnight some white hairs popped up ahha :) I know nitrogen is frowned upon in flower so would it be worth adding anything this late ? if so is there something I can do to help it along at all ?

Cheers in advance :D

Actually your suppose to still feed N during first 2 to 3 weeks of flower while she stretches, I recommend bat guano or worm castings if your growing organic or not it will do the trick and wont burn them, well the bat guanno will if you over do it maybe a teaspoon or 2 sprinkled around the top of plant and water it in. Did you flip to 12/12 on your lights? if not how you gettin pistils to pop ?

Okay awesome, shall go get some worm castings soon, I'm going to use some distilled water without nutes to get the PH more spot on along with worm castings. I havn't turned it to 12-12, the light cycle has changed between 20-0 and 24-0 a couple times since the timer is dodgy as hell but that wouldnt make it hermi would it ?

Sorry for all the questions BTW, you're really helping me though so thankyou a ton, appreciate it :) Would that mean I should still feed them with the Vegative growht nutrients for the first couple weeks before giving it the flowering nutes ? Since veg has nitrogen, and flower has Phos.

Yes use the veg nutes do like a 50% dosage from what recommended on bottle, then the next feed do 25 % and 25 % of your flower nutes (which im guessing will have small amounts of N in them as well)then 3rd week goto the full bloom regiment. but i never use the recommended dosage i always would use 50% of what it has listed, truthfully why i grow all organic now cook my soil and then all i have to do is water my plants and watch them do there thing. Ocassionaly i have to top dress but thats it, only thing i give mixed in water is microbes and beneficial bacteria and Recharge. Then you grow plants in veg like this at 60days this is the plant you saw flowering before the scrog net was put on.IMG_1170.JPG
