and 25% of those killed were black, who make up 13% of the population.
so whites are being killed at 66% of the expected rate based on race, while blacks are killed at a nearly 200% expected rate based on race.
that's the type of state that would make someone like you happy.

I agree with almost everything you said. We differ (obviously) in the opinion of cops not caring what race you are. Although no one is immune from there thuggery, they absolutely care about your race.

Well I've been maced 2 or 3 times, I have ten percent hearing in my left ear from were a cop boxed my ear. And I've been arrested at least 12 times. But then again I have no filter, and I am white so I probably wouldn't know.
