Ok now that i got yall here with my pics from google i have a few questions

Ok, I will be starting my first DWC grow in about 1 month and Ive been doing tons of research and have, for tha most part, all the information i need, I just have a few more specific questions that i need answered before i go out and spend all my money.

Alright well i bought a 9 gallon low profile dwc bucket off the internet about a month and a half ago, i tried to start to grow in it but i couldnt get the ph right, i only had the Ph strips and they were hard to read, and i just didnt have all the "tools" i needed to start the grow so i cancelled the grow before i even started.

So now i got a little more money and im thinking of investing in a 1000 watt hps/mh light(for maiximum yield) with a carbon scrubber and inline fan hooked up and exhausting out of the room to bring the heat down in my small 2ft x 3ft x 7ft tall closet, and using two or three 5 gallon buckets(1 plant per bucket) for flowering and maybe using a screen about 2 feet above them to get the most out of the small space.

Alright, so what i need to know is: is 1000 watts for that grow space a waste of money? Can i jus use a 600 watt and get the same results?

Also, im making the 5 gallon buckets from scratch and was wondering if its the same just to cut the hole for the net pot in the lid and just have maybe 1 hole next to it or something and syphon the old water out, with a long hose of course so i dont end up drinking the water, and using another 5 gallon bucket to add nutes and test ph and ppm, then just syphon it right back into the other bucket. And of course have a hole on the side of the bucket for the air line. Its the same thing right, just more work??

And also with the buckets about air pumps and stones, With the pumps its 1 watt per gallon right?? And about airstones, does it realy matter which ones i buy, or are they all the same??

Also, if i start the seeds out in 3 inch net pots can i transfer them to 6 inch net pots without dameging the roots?? and if so, how do i go about doing that??

And 1 more thing Co2?? yes or no??

and the yield is caused by the light wattage, so i you can keep the temps down I would go with the 1000 watt because you will then be able to expect 1 g per 1 watt aka 400 more grams than the 600 watt light

600w is recomm for 3 x 3 spaces plus you can get the light closer thus penetrate like or more than a 1K.

Watt for watt a 600w HID is THE most effecient grow light. Period.
More so when running multiple lights.
Any grower with some advanced knowledge will know this and agree.

Yea i heard that too about the 600 watt, but will it help increase yeild if i go with the 1000 watt?? Its only 30 dollars more

I think you would be better off with a 600,thats a very small area to keep cool,by the time you put a carbon scrubber in there and an air cooled reflector there wont be much space left,and a 600 wont cost as much to run,get a digital switchable ballast if you can. good luck

Alright, so im gonna use a 600 watt with a 440cfm fan with the carbon scrubber, but i dont really have a place to exhaust it out to. I mean i could drill a hole through the closet to the room but will that help in cooling down the closet, because it pulls air from the room so it wont really be pulling cooler air if im venting into the room right?? what if i vent into the wall, will that help cool better?? nah right?? haha, and whats the differnce between ballasts?? the one im looking at getting is a mh/hps digital electronic ballast, its good enough right?? and thanks or the help

I couldnt keep my temps down with a 1000W MH and I even had a 440 cfm fan to it. I will use the 1000W HPS for flowering but the 1000WMH made the room too hot .
