Picking between a water chiller and a portable 2 hose AC...wait there is a 3rd option.

MINI SPLIT AC....no ac tech required and not the expensive grow shop version. Bonus is that the seer rating for one of the units that caught my attention had a seer rating of 13. I am only two days into searching and it looks like a $800 or under unit is good enough. Any good or bad experiences?

I have over 20 yrs in ac bus. I run a cheap mini and it runs great. 13 seer is the lowest BTW. you can get closer to 20 for around the same price.
