you will not find a school that will give you certs or credit for any training, no matter how knowledgable you might be, without actually going to classes, doing labs, and completing courses. so if you don't have time or the desire to attend classes, an alternate route will be your only choice. also, schools don't make resumes for you, you yourself have to make those by keeping up with your training and knowledge and creating said resume. some schools have continuing education classes on how to do this, as well as there being plenty of apps that will do that. i THINK that is what you are asking as your OP was a little hard to follow.

i'm in a horticulture degree program now, and always advocate getting educated in the field you are interested, but i understand college isn't for everyone. that being said, sometimes college degrees aren't worth the paper they are printed on. it's all up to what you want and how you want to go about getting there.

also, don't let your age deter you. if you do, it's only hurting you, trust me, no one else will give a shit about your age, and nor should you. you are gonna have an advantage over all the other students, trust me!

i am more then able to say i do not know something willing to learn and try experiments to improve my product ........the end goal is my own shop and brand then market the biz plan and collect 5% from shops in my chain ....retire to a south seas island with monkeys that fling their poop at ppl i dislike

i have a local person where it is legal they already want me to partner up with them ....just do not have 20k in cash to go i only sell enough to fill a demand i bank maybe 300 a month once all bills are settled up

i know some of there trick but it goes against so much to grow a plant that tiny and farm them like that using clones ....i know gives the best results for large market sales but i can not force myself to do it ......i rather grow a 10 foot monster under the right conditions .....and to use seeds so the genetics put out are not locked down to a few strains (2 and half months run a strains change over to new batch

ppl still are fallowing the idea photo plants are the best choice ........but in this market with so many stores auto plant is much better choice for a rec sales as the strains are always changing u can tune into the flavor profile for the area keeping the best sellers mixing in new types (the cost of a seeds is little less then the cost of cloning on a per base as long as the seeds are selling for about 9 and under)

photos will be the best choice for medical users as it has more terepenes to help ppl .....but that is like 1/3 of the total sales it is rec sales that pay for the bills

If your end goal is to own your own shop then why not go straight to that? No mucking round with looking for employment, no working for the man, more tax breaks and a greater reward.

becuase the current rules as is will not allow me to open the shop type i want too ........my idea is different then the other places
2nd reason is i do not have a rep in that area so the certs and all that plus awards i can win will allow me to ask for a higher price point


my current skill lvl is fairly good i am asset to a grow op .......but i am not master lvl
a school training program would make my lerning curve go faster and allow me to work on all accepts of it so i can call my self a master

hell talking to the shop owners the grow store ppl they look at me like i am a master grower but i know i am not i have not done everything i have alot of book knowladge but only exp in auto plants (auto plants u can not do all the advance tricks as u can do with photos) topping fimming and super cropping is only
