Phosphorus deficiency hit my ladies hard :/

I have switched it up with Auto's and Photoperiod. I only grow it for personal use. This grow I have 6 autos going. They didnt start budding until around week 5. I am now wondering if it's because they weren't getting the phosphorus they needed. I initially thought nute burn, but I am pretty subtle with nutes (probably why I am dealing with this now) But when I finally realized what was going on, it was already pretty bad. I noticed the leaves started getting those brown spots badly and within 2 days it went from gnarly to worse. I wasn't paying mind to the under leaves which would've given me a better hint. Plus when I started noticing little leaf problems, I couldn't identify it in (I guess beginning/mid stages??) Currently using organic nutes. So I make a tea let it brew for 24 hours which allows the chlorine to evaporate too. I was doing feeding, water, water, feeding etc... These organic nutes are rich so I haven't wanted to over do it. There are a heck of a lot of leaves are sucked dry, I know there is no return for those leaves. They were lacking so much, they started sucking the nutrients out of the leaves :( My question is, has anyone still produced decent nugs after a phosphorus deficiency like this? Going to attach photos. Or not. I cannot seem to get any uploaded. I know the site said it was having some issues, but I did see other recent posts that included pics. Since I can't upload pics, My Siberian Haze was the most deprived. I kept wondering why she looked so sad, all droopy leaves like she was over/under watered. After I would water her, no improvement. Sadly a bunch of her fan leaves at the top and mid of her are dried out and done. Concerned she doesn't have enough healthy foliage to produce as I would like her too. It is not only her, they are have signs of phos deficiency. Any input and advice from anyone, who's either been here or knows someone who has. THANKS IN ADVANCE! How can I get these pics uploaded!?

Hard to say without pics.
I don't grow autos, but from what I understand, synthetic nutes are a better choice for maximum yield, given the limited time frame.
Organic phosphorous generally needs the assistance of mycorrhizal fungi to become available to the plant, and there's a trade off.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. :)
I have been meaning to get some Mykos for them. I gotta admit, I kind of slack with them. I should've bought mykos awhile ago. Need to light fire under my arse. Gotta make a run to HTG today. They should have something if not Mykos.

So, I don't have time to watch that vid atm.
So even though I just hit them with a good dose of phos, you saying that my ladies aren't going to be able to absorb them? Or they have the best absorption with the microbial bacteria?

You could watch the video while you wait...

Might actually learn something.
(The answer to your question is in the video.)
Wow! Mind Blown, seriously great informative video. Thank you!! I was able to listen to it while driving to an appt. Luckily my kiddo had his nap and I had to drive 20 minutes to appt. Might need to give it another listen snd watch this time. Can be difficult finding time to watch 30-40 minute video and actually retain anything when you have a 2 year old running around, and a family that depends on you for most things :D
Need to get my shite together and stop half assing this. I just started another 6 and I will make the conditions right for them from the beginning. :weed: Thanks again :D

Well, that's the thing. They won't upload. The bar doesn't complete loading. I have tried several times. BUT, now I am wondering if I was even right about phos deficiency. Went to HTG supply last night, had a long conversation with one of the workers there showed him my pics, he said its a calcium deficiency, which sucks!!! Never had a calcium issue. But, this is my first grow not adding dolomite lime to my soil mix. I think it may be a mixture of phos def. and calcium? They are looking like hell :wall: Been growing on and off for 6 years. Never had an issue like this. Had thrips once, nasty little buggers! Going to try to upload again, see what you guy think.

Wtf!!! Will not even produce a bar that loads, just some lines in the top right corner that look as if they are loading something but nothing happens!! :cuss:This is beyond annoying!! :wall:

You're welcome. I can't do it using my phone either. Go figure.

You're auto's are in better shape than mine. I think you'll be okay.

All kinds of issues over the past 50 days and flowering nicely.

Your buds are much more mature than mine at least. I'm not sure what's gonna happen with these buds. They are immature for thier age. I don't think I would be as stressed if my ladies buds were fatter :leaf: How old are yours? Mine are 8 weeks. Super bummed, can't give them what they need till they drink up what's in their pots.

Have you grown auto's before?

MJ

I think more bud booster there hungry but I'm kinda new so
Next water, I need to give them some GO cal mag + molasses and maybe some aurora peak. At this point I guess I am not expecting great results. Would be nice if I can fatten buds before too many leaves are ruined!!

First time with any plant in 27 yrs or so. lol

50 days in that pic. Still about a month to go. Bubblicous. I have 2 more that were started the same time. 1 is a 10 inch tall bush, all bud and started flowering 2 weeks earlier. She has about 2-3 weeks to go. The other had light sensitivity issues, stunted and suffered for a while then suddenly took off for a 2nd stretch and started flowering about 9 days ago. She's now the largest of them all. I have full confidence she'll be the biggest yield. That's part of the beauty of auto's, they do what they want and when. The longer they veg, the bigger they get, the more you'll get.

If I can get mine to finish decently with all the issues I've faced, you'll be fine. I wanted to rip mine out and start fresh at one point but a group of auto experts convinced me to roll with it and I'm glad they did. It seems auto's aren't as scary as they seem. :bigjoint:

Take this for what it is worth but that looks like Potassium (K) def to me. The leaf margins will rust and burn leaving the middle green.
Yeah, those are mostly leftover from about a month back. That's a whole other issue that won't be repeated. Tried to go super simple with a "just water" grow with these autos and the soil isn't the best as it comes, plus I layered coco on the top half which caused even more issues. lol. I have since developed an unusual watering method to keep them greenish. Almost daily I see a new issue arise and then stop the following day or a few days later. Good times! lol
