Don't know about canna soil, but generally speaking, yes that runoff is low. I started to have problems when my runoff reached 5.4. Any lower and it was serious. My problem turned out to be overfeeding. I fed water only (with 50% runoff, semi-flush) and then began feeding 60% of what I had fed. No more problems.

I also fed at a higher ph, like 6.8-7.0 as I watched the runoff, going back to 6.2-6.3 as the runoff improved. (I was in 80% soilless, 20% soil. If you're in soil, you should be watering at 6.5).

Yours don't look bad. Maybe a little curled from overwatering? When my soil went acidic I had general lockout, various deficiencies. But, mine went to < 5. Mine looked really bad, not like yours. But, as I said, it all started when it reached 5.2-5.4.

If you're in soil, not soilless you should water at 6.5. That would help a little. You can water higher to pull the soil higher. But, if it's salt buildup due to overfeeding, that (and cultivating dolomite into the topsoil) aren't going to help much. Watering higher ph and watering dolomite into the soil are helpful when the soil's truly acidic for other reasons. But, if you have salt buildup (which i think is more likely just because that's what's usually the culprit of acidic soil), flush followed by mild nutes is the solution.

Have you been tracking your runoff ph? Has there been a trend going down to 5.4? Runoff ph isn't very accurate as a standalone measure. How long it sits in the container before being displaced as runoff, and how much displacement (dilution) affects the accuracy. The trend is more important. If you've seen it go from 6.2 to 5.4 over 3-4 weeks, that would be more significant than a one-time measurement showing 5.4. But, still, I wouldn't take that one-time measurement lightly either.
