Ph jump

I'm using a gh water farm and gh products with distilled water and my ph is at 5.5 and in 4hours it's at 6.3-6.1 I fix it 4 times a day is this normal

No that is not normal. It sounds like you are way underfeeding your plants if that is the case. You need to share more information in regards to your grow for us to pin point the exact issue though. ie. Medium, nutes, total volume, lights, etc.

I have noticed something as well.. My under feed plants when striving for K they drop the ph too which can be mislead for over feeding when in reality the negative ions from munching as much K as possible drops the ph as the roots give off negative ions when eating lots ok K.

Something to watch as it contradicts things passed down when people don't think outside the box.
