Hi I'm new here second yr growing. I was looking thru the forms and didn't find much on bugs or pest and how to defeat them. I'm on the eastern part of us and Dnt know what to use to help my plants and hurt the bugs. For instance what the heck is this bug?? Never seen it til today not last years grow either.
If I missed something plz direct me to the right forum to read.

Thanks

I have this big shoe tote. What I do if the plant fits I lay it on its side so all the leaves are in the tote. I take a pump sprayer and spray it down all the way around every leaf including the stalk. I have broken branches even a stalk so be careful. shake it off so everything drips into the shoe tote. I use a nylon stocking to strain the solution back into the pump sprayer this way you don't waste it. I know what you mean it can get expensive
