Hey guys..

I just got some perlite and potting soil. While i was paying attention trying not to get nute'd potting soil i got nute'd perlite :wall:

Its MG perlite .04-.01-.06. Its pretty low. Using FF nutes.

once i start feeding, i usually feed every other watering.. watch the new growth coming in and see if it's nice and green or if it's coming in with any problems as this is where you'll see the best results of any changes that you're making first..

Thx for your feedback guys.. So fast also :D :D. i will be going with 25% perlite, even though its nute'd, its not very much though. Ill just wait 2 or 3 weeks before i start adding FF nutes..

Thx again guys :D

sounds like you got it figured out, lol.. yah, just don't feed for a bit, watch the plants and let them tell you if they start to get hungry, and i agree, the nutes in that perlite are very light, not much to worry about for sure..

I usually like 50/50 ratio, it assist the drainage real good, in case you got nute lockout or any defs, you dont have to worry about overwater. If you have dealt with it before, then 25% will do fine for you :)

i live way down south and the dirt is hard and black so as an expeirement im gonna add MG organic soil and MG perlite, till it up and see how the out come is,just for incase worst comes to worse ill be mixxing FFOF with perlite in 10 gal barrel

Miracle grow perlite is shit. A 4 cu ft bag is like 20 bucks from a good supplier, if you need to order online. If perlite isn't available try to get rice hulls. If hydro stores aren't near you try looking for tractor supply co or farm and fleets, most farm supply shops will carry things that you need.

Anything from 25-50% is good. The more you use the more often you'll need to water.
