Perlite and soil mixes

Ok Im making my own dirt and need some help, I have a compost tumbler with 30 pounds of good compost, coffee grounds,egg shells, shredded paper,molasses, a can of beer, earthworm casings and 2 cups of bat quano, about 8 months old,
Question 1. How much is to much perlite?
2. Are there any other natural additives to promote healthy soil?

100% perlite is too much.
there are other additives to promote healthy soil. yes.
you need IMO to start at the beginning and investigate how to make soil from scratch. everyone has their own opinions on ingredients.

Kelp meal is a great additive

We have a hardware store here that has all kinds of organic soil enhancers thats why I'm asking I was looking at the kelp meal and blood meal but didn't know if it was real beneficial or to much don't want to burn my plants. But I have also read that it takes a whole lot of organic material to burn a plant.
Damn bag dirts Expensive... Lol
